| wow...I'm really boared because I'm actually updating my xanga. Well
since the last post everythingd been going great. I don't think I've
posted that ballistic reign has a new drummer now. He came in and
played and liked it so we told him to pray about and see what
happened...and we got a phone call acouple of days from him saying that
God had completley worked out his schedule to be able to practice and
play with us. And he's been phenominal and was exactly what we needed.
This weekend will be his 3rd show with us.
The Kids in the Way show went exceptionally well. Ballistic Reign
played one of the best shows ever and K.I.T.W. loved us. Dave even got
on stage with us for the last part of our show and it was incredible.
Thoes guys were great. I missed will though . That was the first time
he's not done the end of our set with us...
Well a couple of my bestest friends are leavin me for college. They
suck...especially Chris, going all the way to UNCG. It's all good
though as long as he dosn't forget about us back home. (IT's time for
the true mac within you, chris, to come forth and present yourself...I
know you can do it...now...go comb the desert..lol) Man pretty will
still be around though, of course, he has to..And I know he's already a
mac so he should have no problems treating the ladies well at
NCSU...(uh-huh don't lie man, I know you) "Brooke who???, no you got it all wrong, come on inside let me show you my dorm." J/K
Yesterday was a great day...311's new cd hit stores and as did Sin
City. That has to be my most favorite movie ever besides the
matrix. I'm waitng for the new deftones cd..ahhhhhh, They said it
was supposed to be out sometime in august but no deffs.
Got some new ink...Man pretty, Easy, and I decided to all get something
that meant something between us...haha yeah you can say awww how sweet,
or thats cute, we're used to it now...But no really, Easy drew up the
three monkeys (hear no evil, see no evil, and speak no evil) to look
like. It's great mine has big ol' plugs in his ears and flip flops. The
other guy's are halarious. You just have to see them. We got each
monkey version of ourselves on the inside of our left ankle. Yeah I
know that would be a gay spot, but they're not little, they're pretty
nice sizes of ink. It's prolly my most favorite one so far.
Well untill sometime later when I feel like updating...

showbread:it is so that my transgressions have born a withered fruit,
the sun has scorched the rising plans;
alas they have no root, the bleached bones of animals bound by leather strips,
dance through the air with laughter as i wield this wicked whip,
as you did warn me carpenter, this world has weakened my heart,
so easily i disparage, self-seeking the work of my art,
and there you have come to me at the moment i bathe in my sorrow,
so in love with myself, sought after avoiding tomorrow,
where do you find the love to offer he who betrays you?
and offer to wash my feet as i offer to disobey you,
your beauty does bereave me, and how my words do fail,
so faithfully and dutifully i award you with betrayal,
the weak and the down trodden fall on broken legs,
as i walk past a smile i cast, fervor in my stead,
but my bones like plastic, do buckle backward now,
i lay in this field by Judas' bowels and anticipate the plow,
i can not be forgiven; my wages will be paid,
for those more lovely and admirable is least among the saved,
and where would i fit Jesus?
what place is left for me?
the price of atonement is more than i've found to offer up as my plea,
Jesus my heart is all i have to give to you, so weak and so unworthy,
this simply will not do, no alabaster jar, no diamond in the rough,
for your body that was broken, how can this be enough?
by me you were abandoned, by me you were betrayed,
yet in your arms and in your heart forever i have stayed
Your glory illuminates my life, and no darkness will descend,
for you have loved me forever, and your love will never end

| This weekend was okay, didn't do much but hang out at ez's and record the rest of the music for our c.d., which is comming along nicley by the way. I'm really excited about it. Yesterday was awesome. When I got off work me and Stephanie went and played some put-put at adventure landing...she kicked my tail by the way. I'm not ashamed though because i suck at it. After that we went to the mall and walked around for a while and got a couple of books at barnes and noble. Then we headed back to bushiban and sat around until I had to go to band practice. She asked me to come over and watch a movie with her afterwards so after practice I trucked it out to fuquay. We watched "hide and seek" I think we watched like half of it because we both fell asleep. After it went off we hung out for just a little bit longer untill we got really, really tired. So I got home around 1:30 this morning...it sucked having to get up and got to work but, it was deffinately well worth it. Tonights tuesday night which means Buffallo Wild Wings...heck yes. I can't wait till' ther show this Friday night, it's gonna freakin rock. | | |
